Thursday, March 14
Sign up at the Front Desk.
It does not take long for most seniors to admit that they have accumulated a lot of things over the years. Working with a professional organizer can help you work through the steps to let go of the things that you no longer use or need. Join us for this talk where with true stories and laughter, you will be encouraged, motivated, and inspired to take a fresh look at taking responsibility for your possessions.
The Dramedy of Ears
Friday, March 15
Sign up at Front Desk.
This presentation is for anyone who has ever said “What? I can’t hear you!” or “Never mind, you can’t hear me!” Studies show that hearing loss leads to social isolation and loneliness. In a serious, but seriously light-hearted and comfortable learning environment, learn about resources that promote awareness and solutions for the social and emotional challenges of age-related hearing loss.
Edmonds Senior Center (ESC) is located south of the ferry on the Edmonds waterfront at 220 Railroad Ave. Office is open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Call 425-744-5555 to join or volunteer. Check out the website for the latest programs at www.edmondssc.org
