This month’s dinner specials will blow you away! Our head chef Hector Morales has outdone himself; you will not want to miss these amazing dishes! Lucky for you, they are available all month long, so you have time to come in and try them all.
Since we finally made it through winter and it is officially spring, our featured appetizer is a nice light cucumber roll with cream cheese and lox. The April starter salad is also light and fresh with red and yellow beets, grapefruit and roasted pepitas.
Once your taste buds are all revved up from your starters, indulge in one of our flavorful entrees with a perfectly paired glass of wine, recommended by our bar manager Kimber Burton. Staying with the light and fresh theme, we have a Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable dish topped with Feta Cheese (paired with Charles Smith Velvet Devil Merlot) or a Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken Breast with Coconut Rice (paired with Clifford Bay Sauvignon Blanc). For those who would like something a bit more substantial, choose either the New York Steak with Red Chimichurri (paired with Diseno Malbec) or the melt-in-your-mouth Lobster Mac and Cheese topped with golden brown Panko Crumbs (paired with Columbia Crest Chardonnay).
