Warriors sports roundup: Softball shuts out Archbishop Murphy, girls tennis falls to Shorewood

The Edmonds-Woodway Warriors softball team earned its most decisive victory of the 2019 season with a 7-0 shutout of the Archbishop Murphy Wildcats on Thursday.

The Warriors out-hit the visiting Wildcats 17-3 in the Wesco League matchup played at Edmonds-Woodway High School.

In other E-W sports on Thursday, the Warriors’ girls tennis team lost to the Shorewood Thunderbirds 4-3
