Ryuichi Nakano‘s San Kai Sushi will be open starting at 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1.
That’s the word from FeedMe Hospitality’s Shubert Ho (Bar Dojo, Salt & Iron, Mar·ket, Dojo To-go and Shooby Doo Catering), who is partnering with Nakano to bring the new sushi restaurant to Edmonds.
Among the items on the menu: sushi, sashimi, nigiri, vegetable rolls, miso, tempura, edamame and agedashi tofu.
Read more about Nakano, who until recently owned Kisaku Sushi just south of Seattle’s Green Lake, and his plans for the Edmonds restaurant in James Spangler’s earlier column.
San Kai is located at 111 4th Ave. N., next to the Church Key Pub. Learn more at www.sankaisushi.com.
I can’t wait to try it!
We used to frequent Kisaku when we lived in Tangletown/Wallingford. Can’t wait to go.
