The struggling Meadowdale High School girls soccer team loss its 11th match in a row Thursday, as the Shorewood Thunderbirds beat the Mavs 3-0 in a Wesco League contest played at Edmonds Stadium.

In other Meadowdale sports on Thursday, the Mavs’ girls swim team came within one point of taking down the Glacier Peak Grizzlies; the Mavs fell 85-84 in a dual meet held at the Lynnwood Pool.
