Reminder: 25 local artists to be featured at Puget Sound Artists’ Gift Show Nov. 16

Once a year, local professional artists come together for the Puget Sound Artists Gift Show — a holiday pop-up show in downtown Edmonds — this year set for Saturday, Nov. 16.

Glass artists offer gifts from ornaments to serving pieces in bright colored fused glass. Photographers will be selling bookmarks, matted prints, and imprinted gifts like cutting boards and decorated photo boxes. Fiber artists offer knit hats, glovelettes, as well as hand-woven, knitted and sewn scarves in cashmere, wools, Tencel and cottons. Jewelers have created individual works using stones, glass beads, crystals, and semi-precious metals. Three potters offer a wide variety of stoneware ware spoon rests, decorated mugs, serving pieces and other functional wares.

The Puget Sound Artists’ Gift show is an opportunity to buy local, supporting small business owners, while finding that perfect gift for someone special. It runs Saturday, Nov. 16 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at the ArtWork building located on the corner of 2nd and Dayton(201 2nd Ave. S.) in downtown Edmonds. There is free lot and on-street parking, and free admission.
