So, if you have an accident, and haven’t had anything to drink, it’ just an accident.
But, if you’ve had anything to drink and have an accident, you’re automatically impaired.
you caught my attention with – the alcohol may not have been absorbed and register on a breath analyzer shortly after drinking
so…
it may be possible for someone to drink and blow into the car installed device and drive before it hits the blood and registers???
