Debra Dill, City of Edmonds Horticulturalist, traded in her rake and trowel for a ladder and strings of holiday lights as she and other city staff begin the annual ritual that transforms downtown into a picture postcard holiday wonderland. “I guess this falls under ‘other duties as required,'” she laughed.
Now all we need is snow!
