Scratch Distillery makes business journal’s Book of Lists for craft distilleries

Edmonds’ Scratch Distillery has been tapped at No. 12 in the listing of top craft distilleries in the state of Washington by the Puget Sound Business Journal. The publication’s 2020 Book of Lists was sent to subscribers last week.

Scratch Distillery, located at 190 Sunset Ave. in Edmonds, produced about 4,083 proof gallons of spirits in 2018 to land at No. 12 in the PSBJ list.

Scratch Distillery was started in 2015 by husband-and-wife team Bryan and Kim Karrick. Kim Karrick serves as head distiller for the company’s many organic vodkas, gins and whiskey.
