Edmonds scenic: Yost Park waterfall

From photographer Patrick Penna, who spotted this man-made waterfall on Shell Creek in Yost Park during Wednesday’s rain.
  1. Lovely! Love the way the slower shutter speed gives the water a sense of movement and gives the whole scene a soft feel. Would you mind posting the tech info – f stop, shutter speed, ISO, lens, camera, etc? Thanks!

  2. Thank you Larry. I appreciate your comments. Love your Edmonds scenes.

The 30 second exposure was just enough after a little brightening. It could have gone longer as it was really dark, shot right after sunrise but I’d dropped my cable release in the creek and couldn’t use ‘bulb timer’. Oops. Got lucky. It still works after I dried it out!
