I would like to endorse Mr. Will Chen to an Edmonds City Council position.

I have known Mr. Chen as my accountant since 2014 and I am honored and feel privileged to know him. Mr. Chen is not only very knowledgeable in his profession, but he is also a very warm-hearted and caring person interested in helping anyone in need.

As a former budget analyst (retired) with the City of Seattle, I attended the annual City Council budget reviews and came to realize how important it was to have a strong financial presence on council to oversee and approve the city’s budget and budget process.

Mr. Will Chen would be a wonderful and valuable addition to our city council and I believe he would serve all the citizens of Edmonds capably.

I wholeheartedly recommend him as a council person.
