Music at the Library, the fourth annual music series sponsored by the Edmonds Arts Commission and the Edmonds Sno-Isle Library, continues this winter with two presentations guaranteed to warm up cold winter days ahead.
On Thursday, Jan, 16, at 6 p.m., the nationally acclaimed saxophonist Rich Cole is joined by noted local jazz musicians performing pieces inspired by jazz masters and long performance careers ranging across many musical experiences.
On Saturday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m., the Wintergrass Festival Preview and Jam Session features Cliff Perry and friends. Enjoy a performance, followed by an open jam session guided by band members. Bring your instrument and join the fun.
This spring, mark your calendars for Thursday, March 19, 6 p.m. for a Musical Trip Around the World with Miho & Diego, and Thursday, April 16, 6 p.m. for traditional Zimbabwean music by Mahonyera Mbira Ensemble.
All presentations are in the Edmonds Plaza Room (above the Edmonds Library at 650 Main St.) with free admission.
