Photographer Michael P. Lowell sent this photo sequence of two Blue Herons engaged in a dispute at the Edmonds Marsh Wednesday morning. “The one on the right was the aggressor,” Lowell said. “It spied a heron that seemed to be encroaching on his territory and it pounced.”
