Kevin O’Keeffe caught these scenes on Wednesday, Inauguration Day, including a man at the Edmonds Marina playing “various patriotic songs like ‘God Bless America’ and ‘My Country ‘Tis of Thee'” in honor of the occasion, O’Keeffe said.
