Scene in Edmonds: Full moon

Julia Wiese took these shots of the full moon early Saturday morning — once in darkness and again as it set over the Kitsap Peninsula.

    1. Thank you Maureen. I used my Nikon D 500 with a Tamron 150-600 lens. I used a tripod for both photos. I cropped the photo of the full moon, taken in the darkness, so that it would be possible to see some of the craters more clearly.

      1. Thank you for the info Julia. I’ll give it a try with my Canon Rebel T7 and 75-300 lens and tripod. It’s fun and a challenge to see if I can capture the shots that advanced/professional photographers do. Appreciate it.
