Speaking of Marina Beach, I noticed the dismal parking yesterday. The area next to the dog area could easily be reconfigured to allow more parking. Cars repeatedly traversed the L- shaped lot over and over. Emission pollution? Safety? Who cares?.. Total of four Disabled spots with cars illegally parking along side of them. Port a Potties in a terrible location. An ice cream food truck on the south end?Such a poor layout. Edmonds can do much better. Look at Mukilteo for some inspiration – fire pits, gazebo, bathrooms make for a more enjoyable time that Edmonds could aim for, even if it means paying to park.
