I very much like dogs but not at the market. Those pictured were not likely a problem. Other dogs on leashes trip people most notably children but most dangerously older shoppers.

Part of the experience for me is seeing all the different dogs love them !! Most people are responsible I find . I’m 77 and have never been tripped. I take my little 9 lb. Shi tzu with me also .
