Sound Transit on Monday launched its Passenger Experience Survey, which seeks to evaluate how passengers view all of Sound Transit’s services. The findings are used to identify key areas of improvement and prioritize efforts to provide a better passenger experience.

Specifically, the survey collects passenger perspectives on the following:

• accessibility
• availability
• cleanliness
• safety
• passenger care
• maintenance
• passenger information

Additionally, the survey also collects ridership behavior and demographic information to help understand how perceptions of Sound Transit’s performance vary across different groups.

The survey, found here, takes about 15 minutes to complete. Participants are eligible to be entered in a raffle for one of four $250 gift cards or one of 15 gift cards valued at $100.

  1. I couldn’t complete the survey because for one of the questions there should have been another choice–Do not use!

  2. I couldn’t either Kunuseri. I tried and not in the mood to go into detail but it’s a sham in my opinion. I was also not allowed to complete survey…second question in. The first question was my zip code. The 2nd question asked was how many times you have ridden the bus or something like that. The last response offered was this. I answered the bullet that said I prefer not to answer and was immediately kicked out of the survey. BAD survey it is in my opinion. They don’t want answers it seems.
