It was a cold and clear Saturday morning at Seattle’s Green Lake.

Waxing nostalgic..used to live close to the Lake. Lovely, and how the trees have grown along the lake.
I grew up 2 blocks from Green Lake. These photos bring back wonderful memories.
When I moved to Seattle in ’58, I was always the only person walking Green Lake. Later, in my mid 30’s to mid 60’s I walked or jogged it nearly every day. It smelled SO good in mid Spring. Beautiful photos.
I jogged Green Lake daily before it was paved. Walkers, or those sitting, would say, “Do you go all the way around.” Actually, I was going around two or three times. I have not been there since it became so popular.
