Great photos as always. I was trying to find the articles about the Kroger Albertsons issue to post this but I couldn’t find them. SO since there were no comments here and it seemed like a peaceful place I chose Scenes in Edmonds to post this. I am not a huge fan of large chain grocery stores and I wanted to remind people in Edmonds who cannot or do not go to the Sat Market in the Bowl that here on HWY 99 we have Country Market. A 60 year family owned business with excellent produce that is less expensive. It is so clean too in there. Always rotating and working in there…Nice people. I think they need more business and I sure hope we always have them in our area. They also have some nice plants and lots of herbs to plant in your gardens or for your kitchen gardens. I used to go there on occasion and mainly shopped at QFC but a number of years back and especially now I noticed when my husband brought our groceries home the produce celery, Butter lettuce was filthy, and I couldn’t find a decent avocado. Here the Avocados are awesome. No stringy stuff or brown spots all thru them. And some hard but always some that are ready. Go try them enjoy the friendly!!
