Day of the Dead is one of the most deeply rooted traditions of Mexican culture that has spread throughout the world. The Seattle Catrina’s Festival was glorious last night, my 4th year attending. It’s a welcoming, honoring and healing, cultural celebration with performances, an ofrenda, face painting, a market and many delicious food vendors.
