The Olympic Fly Fishers Chironomid Fly Tying Class

The Olympic Fly Fishers club is sponsoring a class on Chironomid Fly Tying. Chironomids are tiny insects which may constitute more than 50% of a still water trout’s food. Chironomid fishing is one of the latest and fastest growing techniques in still water fly fishing.
There will be four consecutive classes held on Thursdays, March 7,14,21, and 28. The classes will be from 6:00-7:30pm at the Mountlake Terrace Community Senior Center, 23000 Lakeview Drive, Mountlake Terrace. There will be a 5th on lake fishing session, the date to determined by the instructor and students.
Participants need beginning fly tying skills. If you do not have your own tying equipment, it will be supplied. Materials will be supplied.
Cost $50 Resident, $55 Non-resident
