Meadowdale toppled in 3A state football quarterfinal

Meadowdale High School, which hadn’t lost a football game all season, finally met its match Saturday in Vancouver, where Union High School knocked off the Mavericks in a state 3A quarterfinal playoff game. The final score was 49-7. Meadowdale ended the year with a record of 11-1.
