Warrior, Maverick girls notch victories Monday night

Edmonds-Woodway and Meadowdale girls basketball teams continued their winning ways on Monday night. The Lady Warriors downed Glacier Peak, 53-41. Alex Kenney led Edmonds-Woodway with 13 points while Madeline Kasper added 12. The Lady Mavericks, meanwhile, beat Lynnwood, 68-48. Margreet Barhoum scored 21 and Julia Fjortoft contributed 13 for Meadowdale.
